With so many things we only see that beauty that faces us, but all things have beauty from many perspectives. The sun light coming through the petals of this sunflower makes for a dramatic view not usually seen from the front.
About Michael Friedman
I have my father to thank for my lifelong interest in photography. Even today the smell of 'hypo' brings me back to our basement darkroom. My artistic side comes from my mother who always carried a sketch pad where ever she went. Several years after college we were experiencing a recession and I went back to school for a two year photography program, but shortly thereafter life's circumstances sent me in other directions. Only in the last few years, but now in the digital age, have I renewed my passion for the medium. As you will see, my main interest is in nature and landscape work, but I also have experience in interior and exterior architecture as well as studio and industrial applications.
